Hush staged a special experiential session for the Public Affairs team of the US Embassy Singapore as a prelude to the 2 upcoming Hush events for the Embassy's alumni members on 21 Oct (Pollen Restaurant, Gardens by the Bay) and 25 Nov (The Working Capitol).
They learned to sign 'I love you', 'I'm sorry', 'Please forgive me' and 'Thank you' as part of new experience at Zone 1 (Intention Zone).
Zone 2 (Hush Zone) saw our Lead TeaRista, Christina, ably demonstrating Hush Loving-Kindness TeaRitual to the participants before they practise the ritual on they own with their selected TeaMood. And enter the space of peace and mindfulness. For some, taking the time to be with themselves proved so movingly needed. Tears of awareness awaken, indeed.
TeaArt using tea ink at Zone 3 (Expression) remains one of our most popular zones in Hush when one expresses the reflections and experience of Hush onto the blank canvas by letting the fingers guide the way.
Hearts were open at Zone 4 (Sharing) with a special treat of Hush's very own teacakes. A new sense of appreciation and belonging emerges between colleagues - a shared humanity binds.
Genuine self-encounters. In silence.
Powerful team bonding. In sharing.
We also welcomed 2 new TeaRistas, Mimi and Ezra, to the Hush family - yay!
Hush is immensely grateful to the US Embassy Singapore for its generous support and patronage and look forward to the 2 upcoming sessions for the alumni - the Embassy's gesture of helping us spread the movement to the alumni to bring Hush to their respective workplaces.
